My Story
I am the Founder (Ribitto & Hamsah Realtors) and Real Estate Strategist with over 21 years of leadership experience spanning infrastructure, real estate, and large-scale project execution across India and global markets. My core strength lies in transforming complex ideas into profitable, sustainable developments, combining engineering precision with deep strategic investment insight.
Starting my career through campus placement at a modest salary, I steadily rose to senior corporate leadership roles. Yet professional success alone wasn’t enough for me. I recognized a deeper problem: millions of capable, hardworking Indians were locked out of real estate wealth creation—not due to lack of intent, but due to limited capital, opaque processes, poor verification, and the overwhelming complexity of traditional property investment. That realization became the foundation of my entrepreneurial journey.
